
Eastland Academy is the fictional school for the characters on The Facts of Life. It served as the setting for the series through Season One to Season Four between from 1981 to 1984. It only appeared in two episodes at the start of Season Five, and later returned in the last two episodes of Season Nine.
Bio[]
Eastland Academy is a private girls' school (grades 9-12) and pre-college preparatory facility which located in Peekskill, New York; however, according to the characters, it's actually located outside of New York City. The campus had housing areas for around 800 to 1000 students, a recess hall and office building among several dormitories.
